The vet needs to learn some people skills, shouted at my girlfriend and she ended up leaving in tears. You’ve lost a regular customer, switching over to a vets where they can actually speak to people nicely. You’re not just a vet, customer service too;’might wanna learn about it.
I took one of my dogs because he was showing clear signs of problems and the vets told me he was underweight, I got a second opinion from another vet and he is actually a healthy weight but has back problems! Also, the vets don't handle nervous dogs brilliantly, I explained to the receptionist that my dog got scared and as he was in pain may react, she advised that the door would be kept open during his visit to help keep him calm. Well they closed the door, and my dog wet himself while seeing the vet because he was so scared. The receptionist are always lovely and do as much to help you as possible
Quick, efficient. Nurse explained everything and completed the treatment with no issues. Offered advice afterwards for spotting symptoms and losing weight. Price was not extortionate.
Friendly service. You feel your pet is in competent hands.
Took my pregnant dog for check up on sore. Was given some cream only to read thst it wasnt to be used on pregnent dogs, and got charged £69 for the pleasure.
