Lovely team of staff at Knighton. Had trouble with suppliers getting hold of an antibiotic my daughter needed and a lady that works there went out of her way on a long commute to work to pick them up from a different store. This was after lots of phone calls to find them. They are extremely busy and still go above and beyond to help individual needs always polite and happy. Thank you
Lovely store very helpful especially if you have children. Polite even when very busy which it does get as the only pharmacy in town x
Absolute shambles that gives boots a bad name. There are never enough staff available to dispense prescriptions in a timely way, customers are constantly complaining. Left my prescription as I didn't have the time to wait, on collection opened the bag to find items I had ordered not in there but needed as I had run out but items i didn't need and I hadn't ordered were in there, I had also been given drugs that were not even on my prescription !!!! That's safety checking for you !!!! As they had closed by the time I got home I now have to make a 20 mile round trip tomorrow to get it sorted, it's a disgrace.
