Moved to Woolwich just as lockdown hit, and with a very sick cat, so had to scramble to get him in and seen. He needed two operations on his teeth and ongoing medication and appointments. All of this has happened during a pandemic, safely, carefully and above all, professionally and caringly. Vanessa went above and beyond to do further research on Percival’s condition in order to give me the best advice and him the best care and always followed up to check on us both. Can’t say enough good things.

Honestly the nicest people and most professional vets (particular shout out to Vanessa but really the whole team is fantastic)! We have two kittens and unfortunately had to visit a few times due to various issues. We’ve always found them to be extremely kind, competent and accommodating. Their advice has always been spot on. One time, when our insurance company refused to pay out due to a misunderstanding, the staff immediately wrote to them and were on hand to help us resolve the issue.

I got let down by my vet service in need of an emergency appointment for a kitten, Tolstoy, with a suspected broken paw. Medivet's receptionist not only made space within 45mins, but also provided incredible levels of support, advice, and care while I sat worried about our cat. On top of that, the vet herself was incredibly thorough. It's clear they're a step above in terms of being their for patients and owners alike. I've already discussed moving to them long-term, and will be making that happen with immediate effect. I can't recommend them highly enough, and the reassurance I feel knowing they're there, and also Covid-secure, is simply fantastic.
