I am just amazed with the service provided at the practice...usually my cat is very stressed after i take him to vet, i took him to this practice twice, both times after the appointment he was just fine, and he acted as usual! Both vet and nurse are very kind and helpful, they are doing even more than they should! I was advised to help my cat to lose some weight, vet even took her time to analyze the food he is eating and emailed me the diet my cat should follow, this is amazing!! none of the previous vets did that, and i was always thinking he is just massive from nature 🤦🏽♀️😂
Prices are affordable.

Really good veterinary clinic. Especially Dominique is an exceptional veterinarian who's knowledge is only exceeded by her genuine love for the animals she cares for. She will leave no stone unturned to find out what's wrong with your pet and she will reach for easy answers only where that is blatantly the only option.
When I go to her I am confident that anything that can be done - will be done for my pets.
I am so happy with how my cat, Luna was treated. Both the nurse and the doctor were incredibly nice both with me and my cat. I am thrilled!

I called Goddard Veterinary Group in Barking this morning as my 17year old cat Gina's health has quickly declined in the last two weeks. In this current climate i was worried I wouldn't be seen or given advice. My concerns quickly went out of the window after speaking to the lovely staff. I had a chat with the vet (I believe Sam?) who was really calm and sweet to me. I was advised to come down to the surgery, I was given clear guidelines on how to hand over Gina. On arrival i was greeted warmly and felt even calmer in the knowledge that Gina was in safe and kind hands.
I was given options on how to proceed with treatments and given a free tin of food to help build Gina up. As soon as i got her home it was like she had been given a new lease of life. She had gone from a lethargic, depressed looking cat to the friendly happy cat i had always known. This is just the start of the treatment and I'm so pleased she seems happier. Even if this treatment does not prolong her life for long, i'm forever grateful for how well they have dealt with Gina and how kind they have been to me.
Thank you so much to all of you! Especially Sam and Ashleigh who i believe i was in contact this morning.
