Really excellent service. Our dog has been going to daycare for 6 months now since a puppy and loves it. The team are great, and the online booking and payment system is great along with the daily updates which put a smile on our face each afternoon
It's about time that we post a review for Happy Hounds because it's the most incredible service. They have never once let us down and go above and beyond on the regular. They have taken our dog Theo at the very last minute when we've been in a tricky position more than once. They've been patient when we've messed up the scheduling. Once they even helped us get into our house when we locked ourselves out. And Theo absolutely loves it - he waits by the door and shoots out off to daycare without looking back (almost offensively so). (They've also taken fantastic care of our cat when we've gone away but as a typical cat she's much less grateful). Thanks guys. I honestly dont know what we would do without you.
Absolutely love Happy Hounds! They are a truly reliable and brilliant service! Our dog goes here for day care and we get updates and photos about how she’s been on the day and she comes back so happy (and very tired from all the playing!). Highly recommend. Also the price is very good value. Thanks happy hounds!!!
We could not recommend Happy Hounds enough. They are the most friendly, caring team and our dog Bella has the best time. They are very flexible accommodating the times we need to send Bella to day care last minute and send a photo and update of how she is getting on each day she attends. Joe who does Drop Off has also really helped with her recall and training. We know Bella is always looked after and we love Rosie, Nicola and the staff there. Highly highly recommend.
I feel so lucky I found Happy Hounds. They go the extra mile with everything they do - from arranging puppy sitting visits, to group walks, to last minute requests for a visit when something unexpected came up at work. The team are incredible, and our dog loves his walkers who keep in touch and send through updates. The online interface makes it all so simple as well, but the leadership team also keep in touch through emails so you get a very personal service. Would recommend highly.
