Excellent service
Amazing staff, always happy to take any of my pets in an emergency. Kind and caring. I always give a cash donation and buy other bits like cat litter blankets if they need it. A wonderful charity organisation that always does their best to care for animals in need

Great respect for these vets and all the staff that work here, my dog was put to sleep this year unfortunately I could be with her because of covid..but they took great care of her till the end they tried everything but in the end I could see her suffer 💔 which broke me the vet who put her down rang to tell me she went peacefully sent me a card with her footprint that I will always treasure..they are fantastic there I donate every month ❤
Fobbed me off when I called with what turned out to be an emergency with a dog I'm looking after - went to easipetcare instead + she had to have emergency surgery. Would not recommend calling as they're rude and unhelpful.
