Super good vets. Very pleased
We've tried several surgeries over the years but Oval Pet Centre has been head and shoulders above the rest. We've always felt confident in what we were told. The clearly genuine care and love for our animals from all memvers of staff is overwhelming.
First time taking my puppy to the vets and all of the staff were lovely. Very helpful and caring
i went to have the dog's nails trimmed and flea treatment paid £ 59 because they convinced me to cover things up saying they needed ... i came back 3 months later to use the flea treatment i left with them i I was told they couldn't give it to me ... treatment I paid for and was told they would do it again ... I asked to speak to the doctor it wasn't possible I asked to speak to the meneger it wasn't possible this too ... one word or professionalism
Really disappointed with the customer care from a So called vet nurse. I pay for a good quality service not just for my pets!!!
I should of read reviews before investing my money in this practice.
