When you have a sim card lost you can get a new one there.
Very nice place for doing business. The place is not crowded and you attended to fast.
Customer Service is very poor. Had to wait for 30min to be attended to. It was a general complain by all the customers i met on that day. Management would have to increase the staff strength or shut the customer service center down in the premise.
Swift service delivery and protocols well laid out for one to spend very less time.
Well their bundles are good.. But the network coverage is not so good at where I stay. But I like them though
