Dingy!
The bed linen consisted of a mattress cover and a blanket that needed washing.
No towels in room.
No hot water unless brought to the room in a bucket.
Only one of the 3 cupboard doors were able to open and the bedroom door to the public thoroughfare had a problem with it's locking mechanism.
The only reason for two stars is one of the staff (Simon). He is certainly an asset.
