I ordered a cake for 1/13, went to pick the cake up and the bakery was closed. No call or anything to give notice. Found out via FB bakery was closed for new product production equipment, ok that’s fine however where was the courtesy call? I expected to receive a call the next day offering apologies but here we are a week later and nothing! I guess they were just going to act like my order never existed. I’ve had positive experiences with Supreme in the past but this was just unacceptable and very unprofessional.
Great bakery. The employees were very helpful and the cake that I ordered was delicious!! It’s exactly what I wanted!
Picked up for the first time today. There was a long hair in the cupcake. Not going back.
