The flight and in-flight service was good but the service at the office especially from Nigeria was bad. In a connecting flight my bag was dropped will transferring to another plane. Trying to get it back took about a week with grumpy and grudging responses especially at the lagos airport office.
Good morning. My last trip to Libreville on January 16 was a nightmare. The plane couldn't take off. Thank God we made safe after a change of flight.

Asky is Charging a premium rate for tickets while their aircraft are in such poor condition it is shameful. It has been the same poor condition on many aircraft I've boarded at Asky....
Fuel leaking from the jet engine before take off! This plane should not leave the ground!
We sat for 1hr with no AC while the mechanics repaired the faulty engine....
Do something about this please!
