Visited the museum today and aside from enjoying the usual exhibits we went to see the exhibit of colors. This exhibit is so much fun especially for the little ones. It is an interactive exhibit. Don't be held back by the pandemic. The museum has absolutely made sure that they follow all protocols to keep everyone safe.
American Museum of Natural History is one of the best Natural History museum in the world.
If you have time, you should visit this place at minimum 3 days. I had only 1 day and made a quick tour. (meteor section is amazing) Also this museum has perfect mineral, metal and element samples.
Magnificent place with an amazing atmosphere.
If you like natural science, you should see American Museum of Natural History.
This museum is a definite MUST!!! I absolutely loved it 🥰!! I brought my two grandchildren and step daughter and they had a blast. My favorite was...all of it! Hard to pick just one. The dinosaur bones, the ocean life, how people live in different places, SPACE! You should bring the whole family. The best about this museum is that they follow covid-19 procedures and masks are a must. Also the food trucks/ice scream trucks outside made it easier to feed our hungry kids. The shops, specially the science/space one, was awesome. My husband had to drag me out!! There were things that were pricey but you can find things that are cheap but nevertheless cool. Can't wait to go back!
During COVID not much people.
Being dorks, my boyfriend and I loved going on our date to the museum. The dinosaurs of course are a must see and the butterfly room and planetarium experiences were definitely worth the price and the wait. The staff and volunteers are so helpful and insightful. You can tell they really love what they do. The museum is beautifully maintained and from what I could see, the food court has definitely improved over the years. The gift shop was also lovely. It’s always a pleasure visiting.
