Well, administration is very very very poor. They don’t know what they are doing. No information given if a doctor is not around. My husband was to take a medicine for 24hrs b4 a procedure was to be done.. No information was given to council the appointment after my husband took the medicine for the procedure..
You will book appointment and spend more than 2 hrs to see a doctor.so my question is , what’s the meaning of appointment. After waiting for hours no one will even come to inform you if there’s a problem.I’m very very disappointed.
Slow receptionist...we had booked an appointment for 8 am ...we came in with an ambulance only to be kept waiting for close to an hour...they didn't have mobile oxygen on site which came as a huge surprise. GET AS MANY MOBILE OXYGEN AS POSSIBLE. ITS AN INTEGRAL PART OF YOUR BUSINESS. It not only about having the machine to do the scans, it's a total package. Customer service isn't the best especially for the price of the services they offer.
My visit to the centre for X Ray's today was very disappointing. The place was crowded with people who obviously had been waiting for a long time. After a 3 hour wait I was told that things were slow because only one machine was working. I saw a big deterioration in service quality since my last visit. Disappointing!
Dear Euracare Management, Your website says your business hours are 7 AM to 9 PM, yet when I got there at 7 AM last Friday, 24 Jul'20, I was told at the reception that work starts at 8 AM. If that really is the case, then its fair to change the timing on the website too so that people do not get misled. Initially, I was a bit frustrated because that meant, I had to wait one whole hour with out breakfast... Well, actually, it wasn't that bad at all - there were some early-birds, Elvis and Lynette, in particular, who assisted me promptly and I was out of there by 20 min past 7. Thank you Lynette and Elvis.
Took my baby there and they did not have a weighing scale and other pediatric equipments to measure my baby’s vitals. As a healthcare worker myself , I was very much disappointed .
