This is so unprofessional. You guys said a test results will be ready in three working days but it's now 7 working days now without any message from you and still counting. is it human health you guys are playing with?

This center is a money-hungry institution, preying on the medical woes of unfortunate individuals. I booked a consultation with a specialist for the 22nd of this month, at 3:30pm. The doctor, who arrived at 6:30pm asked that I run an additional test. However, their lab closes at 6pm, so I made arrangements to return the next day the specialist was available (29th August). I stand to be corrected, but is it normal for me to pay for another consultation? I have never experienced this at any other medical institution, and I have been to plenty. The front desk operator is also so rude. Gosh! I'm surprised they are still in business. Nobody deserves to be exploited like this. Please use other options which are cheaper and more efficient. I recommend the Diagnostic Center at East Legon, and Acacia's medical center
