Niagara Hotel

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The cleaning staff is not thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the room but when we had to be moved because the refrigerator didn't work and water was leaking when using the shower they moved our bags but certainly went through our stuff, Security is nonexistent, you have to call the front desk to get them to turn on the hot water. I would never stay here again.

Dirty bedding, dirty toilet, dusty, did not make any efforts at all. Look good on pictures, but even furniture old. Matres not comfortable. Liked the aircon and it smelled OK. Would not stay there again.

In desperate need of better security and renovations plus we had a leak so they changed our room while we were gone so our things were definitely looked through.

It was soo amazing
