There's lot of improvement in terms of customer service. And account opening which earlier took me 4 days to complete is now a bit faster. It's a great bank with lot of branches nationwide and the app makes banking more efficient. There's more room for improvement so 4 stars for now.

Poor customer service, i had to always sit down right in front of the customer service person for 20 minutes before she will finally serve me. This is because she appears to be loaded with work and at the same time at customer service. I am always pissed whenever i visit this branch cos it has happened to me more than 4 times.
