I am extremely disappointed in the service we receive at the Achimota branch, the one by the gas station. We went there to open an account and were told we needed the TIN number which we got and waited for hours to be served only to be told that we need a work permit ( which we are not planning on working here) and all the time we waited could have been avoided when we were there last week and they told us to get the TIN NUMBER. They could have just giving us a list of what is needed so we get all ready and don't have to wait in the office for hours. Your agent has no customer service experience as she kept giving us attitude and was extremely rude. Most people work in the banking system without understanding it so it will be good for them to be properly trained as everyone opening an account in a bank helps the bank move forward because each time we put money in the account it is use by the bank so they can generate more. Reason why most banks have daily limits. We went to another bank that gave us a whole list and open not only 5 personal accounts but 3 business accounts too. So there you go stanbic you have lost business and will keep losing because when people give client attitude not all the clients are from Ghana, most of us are foreigners and cannot deal with bad attitude . Especially when we are bringing you business.
