The best food ordering platform ever. I ordered pizza on Pizarea, the customer service agent I spoke to told me my order will be delivered within an hour but I received my order in less than 45 minutes. Thumbs up 👍 pizarea.
How is this supposed to be a food delivery company; with only one delivery driver? And not even one per area in accra? One for the WHOLE company. Make it make sense. It’s not by force to have a delivery company.
Don't even bother ordering. The platform is buggy, the customer experience is ridiculous, the delivery takes hours (up to 5hours...).
