One of the few pickup point for the e-commerce: KIKUU. Hmm not a very promising place. The structure of the place looks old and need revamping as soon as possible. The paintings of the walls are very bad. Unprofessional and unperturbed workers with poor customer service and Poor organizational skills. I was very disappointed, honestly. What are they using all the money for??? I ordered something from their app, it about a week for the item to get here in Ghana. I was told the item is here so it will be delivered to me at home. I waited for another one week and kept calling them to report the problem but I still didn’t get the item. Meanwhile they kept assuring me I’ll get it the next day. I had to go to the pickup point myself to grab my item. I would advise not to order anything from them if you need the item as soon as possible. Worst e-commerce ever!

Kikuuu is very bad I urge everyone not use it use Jumia for better online shopping
