They really need to work on their customer relationship..I was at the nungua branch with my mom to assist her withdraw money from Western Union..the teller asked me to walk out of the bank cause she needs to talk to my mom only..and I tried to explain to her that it's because she can't read and write that's why I came with her to assist her ..the teller still didn't listen to me.. treating me as if I was a thief..I really felt bad cause everyone was just looking at me ... really disappointed...
