They have poor customer relations, my master card was once captured and when I visited, they were too busy to listen to my complaint and when I finally reported to them, it took two weeks and my card was still in their possession. I finally went back to enquire but the guy I met there was so rude and embittered, spoke very angrily ....i left the bank more worried and sad than I was.... They need to work on their customer relations!
