Very good place to buy all kinds of food stuff, mostly on Wednesdays, which is market day. Beside the food stuff you can get other things without going beyond the borders. Should you plan to go to market at Nkawie, I would advise you it should be on Wednesdays. That will be when you will get things at cheaper prices.
