Great views of the waterfront from highest floor levels. Room spacious, clean, and modern furnished. Location offers great access to the waterfront & historic district. Excellent but expensive convenient parking. Staff polite & helpful but limited.

Not very clean. No open restaurant. No open bar. No housekeeping. Small rooms. Staff wasn't very friendly.

Very clean rooms and very professional front desk service checking in and out.

I decorated and the overall decor is pleasant. As other reviews have stated, the parking situation was the first major negative thing we encountered. That alone would have caused me to book somewhere else had I known this before booking and paying for our room. Secondly, the front desk help were neither friendly nor very happy to be working, it appeared. That part is "whatever," as everyone has a bad day occasionally so I get it. The carpet in the main hallway downstairs and around the elevators was literally ripped, dirty, and looked as if a five year old had laid it down, as was most of the carpet around the building. We stayed on the top floor and the room was clean, smelled of bleach, but we did see a cockroach on the soap dish in the sink that evening. Since there are zero amenities including coffee in the lobby and no fridge in the rooms, you are forced to go elsewhere for the most basic of breakfast needs in the morning. I would definitely NOT recommend staying here, especially considering how expensive it is, there are much nicer places on E. Bay Street to spend your trip to Savannah with. Wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located in Savannah’s downtown historic district just a short walk to waterfront and adjacent to the many restaurants / bars in City Market. Too bad this 3 star hotel occupies the 5 star location. $179 per night + $28 per day for parking in the on-site parking deck. Our double queen room was very small and cramped. The “bathroom” sink is actually located in the sleeping area because the bathroom is so small one can barely close the door without having to maneuver your feet around the toilet. Our room was NOT equipped with a refrigerator or a microwave. There was no mini bar and not even an ice bucket. For $179 per night you would at least expect these appointments in every room. The AC/heater worked fine and was not noisy. Our room was clean but did need some repairs (see pics). The backside of the hotel provides a great view of the parking deck so if you are seeking a room with a nice view you should request a room on the hotel’s front side (odd numbered rooms are on the front side). In summary I think Hotel Indigo falls short of what is expected in this price range.
