The staff is SO FRIENDLY. They go above and beyond for their guests and it shows. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Clean rooms, amazing location. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location. All you have to do is cross Bay Street and you are right there on River Street. The hotel has really cool design. The bar is cool and spacious. The lady in the evening check in was so sweet. Very efficient and she remembers your name as you go in and out. The room was awesome. I loved the layout and the shuttered windows. The shower had great pressure and clean. The bed wasn't overly firm or soft. My only issue, which isn't something that can be helped, was the crying dogs next door. I felt bad for them but not enough to go to the front desk over it. I would definitely return.

Great location and parking right behind the hotel.The hotel staff were very professional. We had one issue and they took care of it right away. The great customer service will definitely have us coming back.

The management is welcoming, always helpful, and totally on top of making your visit a great one. The location is spectacular -- right near the water in beautiful, historic Savannah. Especially during this time of careful traveling, the rooms are fabulous. They have kitchens with good sized refrigerators, a microwave, toaster, and two electric burners -- plates, glasses, pots and pans. So if you want to eat in, it's comfortable and easy. The beds, blankets, and pillows are exceptionally comfortable -- blissful might be the way to say it. It's a rockin' location and so much fun. I was there for a week and look forward to going back!
