Called Roto-Rooter of Savannah and had them unclog a drain at a business for me. Everything went fine. Called back and had them service a different business and asked that they call with a quote to be approved before service. They did not call and serviced with added unnecessary items. They unlawfully saved my credit card number from the previous job and charged it without pre approval like an open checkbook. Unethical and illegal!!

This review is for Porch Outfitters Construction Company in Jasper County, SC We had a screen and vinyl lanai, paved patio, seating wall and pergola added to the back of our house in Bluffton. My wife and I can't say enough about the quality of the work, attention to detail, responsiveness, cleanliness and pride that the Porch Outfitters team provided. The result is awesome and we already are enjoying /entertaining in the new spaces. Jose and the construction crews, owners Johanna and Dave, and Alicia and the entire office staff were all a pleasure to deal with. The fee schedule was detailed with what % of the fee would be due, and when. No surprises, and the price was right in line with the other estimates we got. Highly recommend this company.

While on vacation in Savannah; my rear truck brake locked the wheel down. I had it towed to JC Lewis Ford dealership. I called the next morning and let them know that I had an extended warranty with Ford and needed my truck fixed quickly. It took two days for them to get back with me. They informed me that I did not have a warranty and the truck needed all new brakes front and back with all components being replaced. The quoted price was $3550.00. After paying a $250.00 diagnostic fee; I had the truck towed to another garage. They did the repair to the rear brakes for $835.00 and had me ready to go the next day. I returned home to north Georgia and verified with my local dealership and Ford that I did have a warranty and it should have covered all repairs with only a $100 deductible. BEWARE of this scam artist of a dealership. One star is actually too high of a rating for what they tried to do to me.

If I could give a negative five stars I would. I was called by this company at work and when I tried to return the call I was given the runaround. I got hung up on several times, on one occasion when I called, an employee actually said Merry Christmas and hung the phone up in my face. Are you serious?
