He has not fulfilled his fiduciary duty as a trustee. He has shown no honor, fairness, trust or transparency that a beneficiary is entitled too. Albert Labovitz has abused his power As a Trustee and has not acted in the best interest of the beneficiary from day one. Fiduciaries are bound by the highest duties recognized by law, including absolute requirements to act in good faith and in the best interest of the beneficiary. His Failure to follow these rules have been devastating to the victim involved — and can give rise to serious breach of fiduciary duty claims. Fiduciaries are supposed to be the most trustworthy members of society when in fact he has proven time and time again he works against the beneficiary in every way he possibly can. Fiduciary corruption, greed and negligence commonly lead to damaging betrayals and harm innocent people who entrusted their precious property.
