I have rented 4 units over the past 12 months. Their service is outstanding, and the units have always been in great shape. The facility is also very safe. I wouldn't use anyone else. Matthew and his team do a wonderful job!

Through several years of storage, my unit has remained clean and pretty much bug free. I did notice some spider webs on the bottom of my roll top desk. They could have been there from when I first put it in the unit. Everything else was bug free and pretty much dust free. I consider that amazing. I'm moving out only because a new storage place was built much closer to my house that I pass by every time I go anywhere. The convenience was to good a deal to pass up.

NEVER had any issues with the unit. The office staff works with you and my belongings are in great condition. Aside from debris on my items in the front of my storage it wasnt any bugs or bad smell. I had my unit for a whole year
