This was my first time renting a storage unit. I completed my process on line. I came into the store to purchase covers for my bed and some tape. The manager Darnell personally took me to my storage unit, and explained the times I am allowed access to the property, and what I can and cannot have inside the facility, very informative very Thorough detailing everything I had questions about. I enjoyed opening up the unit to see how clean it was. I was super excited about that. Seantay ran the desk, she was fast, informative, and kind. She advised me on certain products which to buy and what will be best to suit my needs. Darnell and Seantay are the A team, they work wonderfully together. I look forward to continue working with them.
