This is the best storage facility in Savannah! The manager Vicki is so helpful and nice. When I needed a unit at the last minute because of the pandemic I found this place and booked online. That same day she called to follow up and go over all of the options, sizes, pricing, insurance policy, everything. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I chose the best size for what I needed to store. It was a stressful time but she made the experience so easy. It's just on the edge of downtown which makes it extremely convenient as well. I highly recommend this facility!

I have had a unit there for 4 or 5 years. I always find the place clean, tidy and orderly; good lighting in the hallways; no lighting in the units themselves. The location is very convenient to downtown and close to the Truman Parkway. Staff has always been helpful to me and the monthly fee seems reasonable. The facility does not have climate control units but I have never noticed an issue with dampness or high temperatures affecting my belongings.

Two many changes some people have attitudes toward others can't deal.
