Very happy with everything.. rooms were very clean and tidy.. check in lady cheerfull and happy... bell man very nice and helped will luggage..over all so amazing.. mom is not very healthy but she loves to gamble..she only weights 100 pounds but by god she wanted to go.. this might be one of her last trips she is 80 and not in good health.. but she was happy doing what she loves. Thank you for that.
My group had 4 rooms total. In one room, I believe it was 410, the shower was not clean. The dirt in the tile grout was very obvious. If that had been cleaned properly we would have no complaints.
I just want to say that the process of reserving and checking in to my room was really quick and easy, I was very satisfied with the service Thank You

Haven't been to the resort hotel part just the casino and that part is nice and big i like it. It has tons of slots to choose from, slot of different games that you DNT see at Tulalip and Cedar. Definitely will be going back there again soon. So hopefully they treat my pockets good!!
