I've been using Pack and Send to send larger, more pricier items to both domestic and international locations. Professional and friendly service. I can always trust that the items I'm sending arrive safety and quickly. Very happy to do business here! I would highly recommend them without second thought !

I had four boxes of household goods shipped from WA to VIC through Pack & Send Canning Vale and experienced great service from Tony the owner. Tony was great at answering my questions regarding delivery and insurance, and even picked up the boxes as a courtesy to ensure it left before the weekend's outbound service. The goods arrived promptly in less than 3 days, and were all in the condition they left WA. The only constructive feedback I'd offer is that the insurance pricing is a little steep and that the $20 per box fee to mark them as "fragile" is also quite significant. This ended up adding more than +50% to the total fees. Otherwise great service and I recommend.

Excellent service throughout from sending to reaching my documents. The Willetton Pack and Send office was very helpful and offered best value comparing to the market and my documents reached its destination in South-East Asia in 4 days. That was 2 days earlier than what I was told. Very happy and strongly recommend.

I engaged Pack and Send Canning Vale to send and receive some urgent and sensitive documents to local and overseas destinations. I am impressed by the great service offered by Tony. The service and follow up was exceptional. Especially, during this COVID situation, I was worried about sending and receiving the documents with tight deadlines. Tony was helpful and proactive in following up. I have already used Pack & Send Canning Vale's services three times in the past month and will do so again soon.

We recently used Pack & Send to move some items from WA to QLD, both large bulky items (furniture) and extremely fragile items (china tea set and misc items.) We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness, friendliness and efficiency.Nothing was too much trouble for them. These guys went above and beyond their duty of care and I would like to highly recommend them to anyone who is worried about how to move anything at all over long or short distances, be it large or small.
