Great customer service in this store! Chiradet welcomed us as soon as we entered and gave us a 5* service throughout. He wasn’t pushy, was patient and friendly from beginning to end. He is a real asset to the company. Thanks for your help today! :)

The Products are good - would expect a bit higher quality for the price. I bought a leather bag which I like but the quality of the leather isn’t great - it was dry and cracking when I took out of the box. I also have a small carry on which is cleverly designed and useful but not sure how long it’s going to last - it doesn’t feel too solid. Overall would still highly recommend. The customer service is exceptional. I received the wrong order in the post and within days had a replacement with no hassle.

I am so happy they have finally a store in London!!!! I brought the bigger away luggage! It’s so beautiful. The luggage’s are on the pricey side but it’s a product you want to invest in. Away travel have a lot of events which is so nice makes you feel like a community. The service is just as amazing as the product.
