Rocky Mountain National Park

The Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful place to visit. There were mountains and snow everywhere. It was absolutely breathtaking. Gem Lake, on the other hand, was alright in late November. During our climb up to Gem Lake, it was difficult, cold, and hilarious, to say the least, because the hike took a big toll on one of my friends. It took us hours to reach the top, but when we finally made it to Gem Lake, it was a lake not worth seeing because it was frozen at the time. That was disappointing, but we made is safely. Overall, I am sure Gem Lake is beautiful during other seasons that are not winter. Beautiful scenery and lake, if so. Would I visit Gem Lake again? Maybe not because there are other trails I would like to try. *If you are looking to hike different places, I would recommend getting a pass called "America The Beautiful Passes."

GORGEOUS! This is a must visit location. Great trails, water scenery,animal sightings, and roadways. It is truly a great experience if you love the outdoors. The line can take a while to get in to the gates. I wish there were more entrances. There's some great photography scenery here to.

GORGEOUS park. There are are hikes for every person, easy hikes, intermediate hikes and hard hikes. I'm sure all of them are rewarding and the views are incredible. I did Dream and Emerald Lake they were fairly easy and the views were breathtaking. The park has a lot of signage, it's very clean and safe. Loved it. A MUST visit if you are even in Colorado.

Amazing experience. Summer would be the best time to visit Rockies. You get to hike and ride till 12,000 feet height when it doesn’t snow. Emerald lake hike is a must do hike, as there are picturesque lakes like nymph lake, dream lake. Nymph lake is full of yellow lotuses. Going over the trail ridge road will amaze you.

Always love being able to head to the Rocky Mountains. Very beautiful and serene. Managed to see 2 deer and one longhorn sheep. Lots of hikers. Wonderful to see the area prospering and back in order. Looking forward to fishing, hiking and seeing more of the fauna and animals this coming spring time. Just an all out nice day spent with my family.
