It was wonderful!!! The staff at SOBOBA are so polite and I enjoyed the day swimming at the pool and relaxing in a pool cabana which even had a TV in it. There was even a large chess board with chess pieces next to the pool which we played with and had fun with. The pool staff even supplied blue and white beach size towels for us which was nice and we were able to have lunch brought to the poolside cabana from the hotel menu. It was wonderful so RELAXING 😌 and then we went to the casino 🎰 for a little bit before heading back to the room. The room was spacious the bathroom had a humongous bathtub 🛀and separate walk in shower a slide close door to separate the area so the room wouldn't get steamy. It was absolutely perfect. Loved it. 😍

Never really win the games dont register
Most employees are nice and helpful. Most of the dealers are actually helpful and if you don't understand how to play a certain game are willing to show you how to play. Players club is decent and has some alright "gifts". Go there have some fun and if you spend a sum of money at the table games and are a member of Players club don't be shy and ask them for a comp.
We met some really nice people!! That is where the nice ends. The front desk was not allowed to loan me a tape dispenser to take to my room even after giving them $100 cash. No valet even though half the parking lot is designated to it. No housekeeping because of our stuff yet they brought it in. We were asked for our card key at the hotel for and the elevator like criminals.
