Mr. Anthony is amicable, good body language, and eye contact...explained that ISAAC is the name of his sixteen year old son.I was also pleased that once it was established that my papers were in order, we quickly agreed to a price. I left his office w/ Mr. Anthony telling me that he would come see the property, the following day...then he handed me his business card. And that was the last I saw Anthony. And in fact, was surprised to find that the telephone number on his business card stayed busy ( blocked ) To date, Anthony hasn't called, despite 'his word "... Sadly it seems that Mr. Anthony's word is good for nothing---a seriously bad trait to handle clients with, much less to pass on to his namesake ISAAC.. Disappointing
