Located in Hanoi Towers 9th floor. You need to register at the lobby then take elevator to go up. You need to ring the bell to make someone come from inside. Don’t just wait. Waiting room is cosy, makes you feel at home little bit. Flanders investment&Trade and Brussels invest &Export is also on 9th floor. Very helpful staff. Nice experience. As of 09 January 2017 visas are handled by VFS at Gelex Tower, 3rd floor, 52 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung Hanoi
