No canopies nor chair to sit on out when in the queue. You stand for very long outside the sun without chair and stand long even if you get inside before you get a chair to sit.
Poor service. Called their customer service line but no answer. Had to travel a long distance to the bank just to discover that i can't open an account because of one requirement.
Wouldn't have wasted that time if the service line was active.
They very patient when it comes to costumer service
