How do you order food to be delivered at your doorstep and after over one hour of waiting the rider finally shows up and tells you he can’t deliver it to your apartment number? That you should come downstairs because it’s not his job to bring the food to you? Called to complain to management and of course they were of no help. Doesn’t make any sense! The whole purpose of having things delivered to your house is to not leave your house! Terrible service all the time.
This is one of the best food delivery services but their delivery fees can sometimes be outrageous.
Very terrible service. Some of the riders are rude. All this company cares about it the money they will make. Need more improvement. I am on their prime service but nothing better to talk about. Don’t bother yourself. Worst service.
So many improvements needed.
Frustratingly, my order is almost always cancelled! I think it's best to order directly with the restaurant (if the option is available) as Jumia is just the middleman with no additional knowledge
