Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from Enterprise pretty much always. This location has been extremely competent and professional. I appreciate their caution during this pandemic and - even though - that creates hassles for everyone they have successfully moved all their operations outside. As a result, I get in and out quickly. Furthermore their prices are always competitive.

We were taken care of by a woman named Claira, and she was PHENOMENAL in all aspects!! Very professional, courteous and so sweet to everyone she encountered while we were there. I’d come back to this specific enterprise any time I’m around the Savannah area just to be helped by her. Thanks Claira!

Love the ease of service but getting a call thru for extension of rental is difficult and should be easily allowed thru the app

I arrived before closing the store, but yet the customer service was friendly as they just would have opened the place. Check in was secure in regards to protection from the virus, I received an upgrade which I very much appreciated and the process itself was very fast. The check in followed the same procedures. I dropped the car off when I returned and was checked out the next morning. All very customer and schedule friendly. Would recommend the place at any point in time!

I had a super easy great experience when I recently rented a car from Enterprise. My salesperson was helpful. I did not want the car that was reserved for me. I only needed a vehicle for a day trip. She immediately obtained a much better car and for only $15 more I was able to relax in comfort. The whole process was quick and easy!
