The worst customer service EVER! I has to call state court in order to talk to someone! I know they are not really required to be customer service oriented and friendly, but maybe they should take that into consideration at some point. I left Savannah permanently because of this type of closed minded thinking. It is very under developed and needs contact with more people with a rich culture. I hope this changes someday.

Very unprofessional clerks. Of the 3 times I’ve called up there regarding my speeding ticket, 2/3 times I have been greeted in the most rude manner. I’m not sure why these people work in customer service with these attitudes.

They don’t answer the phone. Unprofessional ppl they lack care for ppl or anything for that manner.
