What a great station, when I'm past Ueno and approaching Kanda, I'm always thinking how exciting it is to soon be reaching Yurakucho The way the announcement rolls off the tongue, the stations catchy jingle, Yurakucho is the superior station .

Difficult to rate as it's a station but the surrounding area is buzzing with activity. Try the noodle stores under the tracks or grab an electronic bargain at the BIC Camera store. I love the walk along street by the tracks towards Tokyo station, especially at night. One of the best train jingles on the Yamanote line too.
