Great experience from walk in. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dentist was amazing, made me feel completely at ease which really helped as I get really nervous! Gave me some good advice about next steps. The assistant that helped the dentist was also really nice. Overall great experience!

The receptionist and the dentist were a great help. They helped and guided me through the right procedure of the problem I have. It was easy booking and appointment, and the service and waiting time was quick. I would recommend using their services.

My first visit was an emergency appointment the staff at the reception were very helpful and kind. I am really afraid of dentist but he and the assistant have really take the time to keep me calm and provide me with necessary treatment also he has take extra time to help me even tho it was an emergency appointment and he was running late on he scheduled. Amazing dental practice! One of the best I’ve been to. Came through the NHS as an emergency patient and was overwhelmed by the amazing customer service from the staff. Although the practice is busy they always have time to go that extra mile with the patients. Receptionist are so lovely and friendly to communicate with. Very well managed compared to other dental practices in Southall! Highly recommend!!!!!
