Ledgefork Campground

Great camping 🏕 spot the hosts are really friendly and nice :) their bathrooms were so clean i didn't dread having to use the bathroom 😀

We stayed in the "A" loop and found that there were large spots for our 36 footer but the spot we had and several others are pull in making it near impossible to back into it. Luckily the camp host was great and accommodating and let us go the wrong way on the one way loop to get backed into the spot. This of course meant that getting out was equally hard and we had to go around the entire loop to get out. Not super easy with our big rig. The sites were clean and large for the kids to play around and ours backed up to a stream that the dogs enjoyed playing in. We walked around "B" loop and found more sites that seemed larger for the big rigs. Fishing and swimming at Smith and Morehouse was great. We'll stay again but will try for a better site.

We love this place and come here almost every year. The only downside is that it's no longer a hidden gem with how crowded it is.

Nice campground. Make sure you have reservations, because it's busy.
