Love the Campground! Could use free coffee in the mornings at the store, like most hotels. But otherwise great experience. Would come back for sure.

Big shout out to Ryan Rock. The maintenance guy for both the hotel and the campground. On opening weekend while being crushed with calls went above and beyond to make my stay special. Here is to a great season.

Nice and clean facilities. Of course we are some of about 15 other campers here. Like a ghost town. It could be the time of year, but I feel the beach area could be kept up a little better. Sites are small but have everything we need. It would be tight if the place had more campers. Would come back a see what it's like in peak season.

If I could rate just the location, beach and beautiful sunsets, I’d give them 5 stars. However, we expected much more from a KOA Resort. The customer service was subpar, trash throughout the campground, broken equipment on the beach. We called to report a propane alarm in our cabin going off randomly (including at 2am) and no one came to take a look/repair. Like many others have reported, our camp site was not clean. Left overs from the previous campers in the fire pit and grill. The beds were not made in the cabin. The COVID-19 guidelines were not followed in public spaces. With all that said, we did enjoy our stay. The beach is perfect for families with small children. The pool was also great for our family. I saw many reviews stating this was a party camp ground. That was not our experience. We stayed Mon-Fri and it was family friendly the entire stay. Shout out to Alicia, who was the first nice employee we met at this campground when we checked out this AM. I am hopeful to return when they clean up and make maintenance and customer service a priority.

We rented an RV from this resort. All the staff we encountered were amazing and helpful. Bathhouses and showers were clean. Beautiful location on the beach. Pool area was nice. 24 hour convenience store on site. Golf cart rentals available, but they do sell out quickly. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.
