High Priority Plumbing and Services, Inc

I can't recommend High Priority enough. On time and courteous and prices are pretty reasonable.. I have used them for toilet repair and most recently to replace my water line. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Jason was the one replacing my water line and he was just the best. He was professional and nice, easy to talk to and great to answer all my questions. I can't say enough good things. Whenever I need plumbing services this will be who I call.

I had astounding service from Alex & Dustin. I saw them working on a neighbor’s septic tank, so I went over to ask about pricing for a septic pump. They were both incredibly polite and down to earth guys. They were willing to work into the night to pump my tank too. It was super easy to call into the service center to have them assigned to my house. They discovered an issue with one of my baffles (which I expected based on my last pumping). I sincerely feel like they went above and beyond to take care of my repairs and truly felt they were being honest (a rarity in any field these days). They seemed to take a great deal of pride in their work, which is something else I highly value as I too take a great deal of pride in the work I do. They cleaned up after themselves also. I could not be happier with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone. *if there are other platforms to post a review, I’ll copy/paste this to those as well.

Where to begin. Today, I experienced what every new home owner dreads - a leaky ceiling. After further investigation, we realized the water was coming from our shower upstairs. I initially use Angie's List and attempted to find numerous plumbers but no one could come today. By 10:30am, I became desperate and frustrated, so I decided to find a local plumbing company. After seeing the great reviews from High Priority Plumbing I called them first. The representative was patient and understanding to my situation and was eager to accommodate my urgent request. After being on hold for only a few minutes, she returned with the best news ever - someone will arrive between 4-7pm and the plumber would call me when they are on the way! A few hours later, Cameron C (the plumber) called me and asked if he could come a few hours earlier, which I was ecstatic! He arrived and I showed him everything. He inspected my shower head within the wall and it was dry. However, due to a clogged drain filled with hair and cracks in the grout on the edges and side of my show, he was able to quickly diagnose that was most likely the problem and gave me instructions on how to resolve. He cleared the drain and I asked him how much I owed and he said, "Nothing...since there was nothing that needed to be fixed." I asked, "You mean, you all don't charge just to show up (like one of the other plumbing companies who shall remain nameless was going to charge me $95 just to come out the next day?!". He and said no and wrote me a receipt...gave me a High Priority Plumbing magnet (which I put on my fridge)...and a business card so if I need assistance again I can request him directly (which I will!). I digress... Please forgive the long review but I just wanted to share with you all that High Priority Plumbing lives up to their companies name. Cameron even told me he loves his job and its the best job he's ever had. Heck, I almost wanted to become a plumber so I could work for High Priority. :-} Thanks again High Priority! Nicholas and his partner did a great job replacing my gas water heater. They were both professional and timely, and left the area clean. Nicholas informed me of how the new system works compared to the old, and he explained how to properly maintain the heater to get the most years out of it. I am extremely appreciative of their service and highly recommend them.

Great job! Alex and Israel were awesome. They pumped the septic tank and explained to us so many ways to make the tank operate better. Very thorough and very pleasant people to be around. Thanks so much!
