OMG! I can't explain or express the do diligence of my masseuse. Even my husband was in "heaven" and we both enjoyed our couples massages. We definitely be going back.
This massage was very disappointing. It was overpriced for what I received. My therapist wanted to chat the whole time and she was more concerned about telling me stories than actually massaging me and relieving my tension spots. Save your money and find an independently owned place that focuses on quality massages. Waste of $200

Dealt directly with Ashley, the manager at Heavenly Spa - she is truly a delight and extremely professional, knows the true definition of customer service. We spent a day at the spa for my girlfriends birthday and Ashley helped make it a memorable experience. Will be going back!
Excellent, relaxing spa. The massage and experience were great. However, I was a guest at the hotel. It does not make any sense to me why the spa would be all the way across the street and the only way to get there is a five-minute walk or a car ride. It really takes away from the experience. The gym is also located there which makes it difficult to exercise late at night or in inclement weather.
