Terrific spot to eat and the food is very reasonably priced. The Spanish omelette, red red, cheese omelette and coffee were all fantastic. The omelettes were served with bread and some kind of sweet tangy orange marmalade. While we sat, we could also write postcards, which the shop also sends off for you. The postcard and card selection is also excellent and far superior to the other postcards I’ve seen around and in Accra, so it is a good place to stock up and write there. Everything is reasonably priced.

Nice vegetarian option in Cape Coast. Food quality can be inconsistent but it's really the only veg restaurant in Kingsway.

We enjoyed our stay here. They serve lots of tasty vegan and vegetarian food- so many options on the menu, and you have to try their delicious fresh juices. They have a cool gift shop with a great variety of hand made, fair trade products, as well as tailors & fabric onsite so you can get clothes made. Our room was a good price at 85GHS per night. On top of all of this, the money goes to a good cause. You can (and should) read up about it online/in their pamphlets, but basically all of the revenue from the inn and gift shop go into vocational training local youth. A bunch of these students are the employees. On that note, the customer service is very good- the staff are friendly and prompt. The room we had was very small but just fine for our purposes. It was 2 stories away from the toilet & shower which we didn’t really mind. It had fantastic views of the seaside and the town. There is a really cute second story terrace with great views where we sat, and I’m sure you could eat there if you speak to the staff. In fact I recommend it because their usual dining room is open and children come by asking for money often. Our complaints with this place are the musty smelling towels and the musty bed. We also got a ton of unknown bug bites over night! And a very fishy smell wafts in through the windows sometimes. Otherwise great. Would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable room, great vegetarian/vegan food options and want to support s good cause. Location couldn’t be better.
