This place has everything. Full cable in the rooms for the kids. Laptops, Sony PlayStations all in the rooms. Incredible staff also. Friendly, helpful, kind. They honestly do everything they can to accommodate. Best Hospital in the entire world ! Seriously ! You won't find better Dr's anywhere. There's a reason people come from all over the world to be seen by the physicians and specialists at BCH.

Only thing stopping 5 star rating was discharge team. Surgery for my daughter went amazing. We’re told at 6:45 A.M she was good to go home. It is now 1:20 P.M and they still have zero answer or reason why we haven’t been discharged. At this point I am convinced it is so they can charge her insurance for another whole day. My daughter is 5 months old and very uncomfortable here, she hasn’t been monitored for almost 10 hours but for some reason the nurse keeps coming by every few hours to check her blood pressure for no reason at all. If they wanted to know her blood pressure they’d be monitoring her. Just shady tactics to make more money at our expense

I no longer chose care at this location anymore. I was forced to go to emergency. I was forced here since MGH was to far for the condition she was suffering from and better than Boston Medical Center but just slightly. They are renowned in many specialties but acute and primary care here is the very worst. My daughter was kneeled over with chest pain and had to register and complete insurance before anyone could touch her. While some of the doctors are great, Their need to really invest training and improve hiring with the rest. Rude, short, unskilled in the work they do daily, well I would think regularly The inability to communicate basic information is bewildering.
