They have all the necessary equipment but they are not good at it I guess they will get over as time goes on

Incredibly neat facilities. Spacious waiting rooms. Responsive and respectful staff. Fast service and professionalism. I am very impressed by the computerized nature of their record keeping that takes away the need for hauling volumes of paper from one place to another. I am not sure one exists from the units I visited but the facility, being so large, would really benefit from a centralized directional sign that points where you can find what and thus do away with having to ask your way around every time. So far the rates and charges are fairly reasonable. I'm being charged 5ghc for consulting and I think that is very good compared to other facilities in kumasi. (ps:I have NHIS so Patrons without NHIS may be required to pay a little more). All in all, great experience.
