Avis Car & Truck Rental Bondi Junction

I rented a kia for 3 weeks, no issue at all. Collection and drop off was fast. The guy at the desk was really friendly.

Attitude of 1 particular person is dreadful. Only reason it is 1 star is the car itself was brand new.

Car smelled dreadful on pickup. Also, I accidently left my tool tag in the car when I dropped it off. I called them to ask if they could get it back and they said they would call me back that day to confirm whether they could or not. They didn't and $80 worth of tolls were racked up in that time. They told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do.

Very helpful especially as someone else in their company had told me they were closed, good thing I didn't believe it, got a great car very quickly!

we were a couple minutes late to dropping off a vehicle due to heavy traffic, my colleague called while we were on our way, about 30 minutes before they were closing and recieved nothing but rudeness. When I tried to call from my phone I had no answer. Never using or recommending this business.
